Since 1946, the Maryland Fire Chiefs Association (MFCA) has served as the organization representing volunteer, and career Chief Officers throughout Maryland. The MFCA is a professional association that specializes in promoting and supporting excellence in fire and emergency services management. The MFCA helps members maintain and develop their management and leadership skills. The organization cultivates a closer fellowship between several departments and ranks of the fire and emergency services throughout the State of Maryland.
