Lisa Scott

Short bio: Lisa Scott is a Senior Fire Protection Engineer with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. She is the fire test engineer responsible for mattress flammability testing. She has an extensive background in flammability and electrical hazards evaluations of a variety of consumer products including upholstered furniture, camping tents, and small household electronics. She is the CPSC staff representative to the Maryland State Fire Marshals Committee. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, both from the University of Maryland. Go Terps! photo to be shared at a later date
