The benefits of Transcendental Meditation to First Responders
Dusty Baxley is a retired US Army Airborne Ranger Operations Specialist, and served as part of the 82nd Airborneās Combat Parachute Assault in Panama during Operation Just Cause, and with the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment for Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Since retiring, Dusty has dedicated his life, passion, and abilities to bringing relief, healing, and hope to veterans and first responders experiencing post-traumatic stress. Dusty is a certified Transcendental Meditation (TM) teacher and has developed and managed numerous TM-based projects for veterans, first responders, and their families all over the US.
For more than 15 years, the Center for Resilience of the David Lynch Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has successfully delivered the evidence-based, trauma-healing Transcendental MeditationĀ® technique to several targeted populations, including military veterans, firefighters, and police.
